What does render 4K mean?
1080p. 4K and ultra HD are used interchangeably; however, ultra HD resolution can refer to resolutions above 4K. Ultra HD requires a minimum resolution of 3840x2160 pixels, but includes resolutions as high as 8K. 4K resolution renders images at four times the resolution of 1080p (1920x1080 pixels).
This means that you can get a 4k resolution image rendered at around 5% of the time (20 times faster) it would take to render the whole image in one shot on a single machine. Realistic textures are one of the cornerstones of a high-quality rendering. This should include hyper realistic images of building material; such as brick or limestone, and the way all of those materials look and feel.
Large-scale clients will definitely appreciate the magic that 4K technology brings to the end result. Unlike 1080p footage, higher resolution 4K can be cropped, zoomed in and reframed with minimal loss of quality. This is extremely useful when you want to use different perspectives.

2160p resolution
The term "2160p" could be applied to any format with a height of 2160 pixels, but it is most commonly used in reference to the 4K UHDTV resolution of 3840 × 2160 due to its association with the well-known 720p and 1080p HDTV formats.
The three most common types of rendering today are: Cement rendering. Acrylic rendering. Polymer rendering.
720p = 1280 x 720 - is usually known as HD or "HD Ready" resolution. 1080p = 1920 x 1080 - is usually known as FHD or "Full HD" resolution. 1440p = 2560 x 1440 - is commonly known as QHD or Quad HD resolution, and it is typically seen on gaming monitors and on high-end smartphones.
Can you render 4K to 1080p?
Take a look at how to lower the resolution of 4K video and convert to 1080p using VLC media player. Step 1: Click Media > Convert/Save > Add to import the video and Click Convert. Step 2: Choose 1080P as the profile setting. Step 3: Click Browse to choose the output folder position.
If you sit too far away, the picture on a 4K TV will look just like the picture on a 1080p TV because all the added detail in the 4K picture can't be seen. This is a problem because the optimal distances for viewing a 4K picture are closer than many people sit when they watch TV.

Can my laptop render 4k? Longer Yes. The display resolution of an external monitor depends on the monitor (well duh!) and the graphics output capability of your laptop. One of the best resolutions you can hit with a 16:9 aspect ratio is 4K or 3840 px by 2160 px.

Is 2160p the same as 4k? The answer is, yes! When referring to 3840 x 2160 resolution for home theater the industry standard is to just say “4k.” This also goes for the cinematic standard and digital television (DTV) standards.
Full HD is just another term for 1080p or 1920x1080, and those are all ways of referring to the same resolution. By contrast, 4K has a resolution of 3840x2160. That's a lot more pixels in the overall image — totaling over 8 million pixels. As always, the higher the resolution, the sharper the picture will be.
Why is 8K called 8K?

Modern GPUs offer superior processing power and memory bandwidth than traditional CPU. In addition, GPU is more efficient when it comes to processing tasks that require multiple parallel processes. In fact, GPU rendering is about 50 to 100 times faster than CPU rendering.
